1. Nature of the Service

• Mindveil is a digital service that analyzes user-submitted dreams using AI.
• The content provided is for insight and reflection only and is not guaranteed to be factually accurate.
• Mindveil does not provide professional medical or psychological advice.

2. User Responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Do not misuse the App or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Do not share content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory or hateful.
• Do not manipulate the system or attempt to circumvent technical protections.
• Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Do not use another person’s identity or account without permission.
• Do not exploit security vulnerabilities, attack servers or databases.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Mindveil.
• Users under the age of 18 must obtain parental consent where applicable local law requires it.

3. Account Use

Your user account is personal and non-transferable.

4. Pricing and Subscriptions

• New users receive three free interpretations when they first sign up.
• Credit packs (5, 10, 15) may be purchased.
• Premium subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store or Google Play.
• Payments are processed by the App Store / Google Play billing systems.
• Mindveil does not process or store your full payment card details.
• RevenueCat is used only to manage subscription entitlements and verification.
• Used credits and active Premium periods are non-refundable, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, designs, methods, works and content in the App belong to the developer and may not be used, copied or sold without permission.

6. Assignment

The developer may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without requiring additional user consent, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Content Processing

Your dream entries are processed automatically via the OpenAI API in order to generate interpretations.

8. Service Interruptions

Mindveil may temporarily suspend or limit the service for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

9. Disclaimer

• All interpretations and insights are generated by AI models.
• No guarantee is given as to the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any interpretation.
• The service is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or psychological advice.

10. Account Suspension

Accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law or reasonable use limits may be suspended or terminated.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s country of residence, unless mandatory local consumer laws provide otherwise.
